PRE ORDERS

Pre-Order Info/Acceptance

By purchasing a Pre-order item, you accept Pre-order Terms and Conditions as follows.
All pre-orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of pre-order items.

Product Details and Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to pre-order customers.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

All orders containing a Pre-order item will be held in their entirety until the Pre Order item is available.
Once a Pre-order item is available, all orders containing the item will be shipped out, including all other items contained in the order.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing a pre-order.
The pre-order payment is processed immediately.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time and a full refund will be issued provided the Pre-order has not already been shipped and is in transit at the time of the refund request.
b. Any Pre-orders subject to a chargeback claim will not be shipped out until the claim is settled by either the financial institution, or directly between NJC and the purchaser.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are provided for informational purposes only. Dates are provided based on the best available information at the time.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any changes to delivery timelines.

Order Fulfillment

Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
In the event that we cannot fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, unforeseen circumstances may lead to product unavailability. In such cases, we will notify customers and provide options, including a full refund.

Communication

We will communicate important updates and information regarding your pre-order via the customer email provided at the time of purchase.
